Hi, I’m John Jubin and I would like to thank you for visiting my Website. Let me tell you a little about myself and why you would like to have me as your Real Estate Consultant.

I have over 30 years in Sales and Marketing. I have founded and Managed two highly successful Companies, one a Sales and Marketing firm the other a Manufacturing firm. I created Product, designed marketing and sales campaigns and made presentations to Major Corporations worldwide. I have negotiated and closed hundreds of contracts. I have built starter homes, luxury homes and have rehabbed houses, most of which I designed with my wife Mary Ann.

 I have found a great deal of satisfaction in creating, to see what others don’t, to envision things and methods to accomplish goals which others say can’t be done. Imagination, innovation, determination, persistence and knowledge, have them, use them and you can accomplish almost anything.

My greatest joys lay in my family, my Wife, Mary Ann, who has been loving, devoted and supportive in all my efforts and successes, my two sons their wives and my five wonderful grandchildren. Three girls and two boys.
